What is this board and what is it for?

I don’t come here often but Aggy Chard is finally recruiting worth a shite so I’m intrigued by this process now. Do we talk shite about stars and commitable offers and cheating and whatnot?

A good rule of thumb to follow on this board is that any time your school didn’t land a commit it’s because he didn’t have a commitable offer from your school.

Or my favorite "he was asked to not commit" or "We turned him away".
I hate when Georgia fans does this on commit threads. It doesn't matter if it's true or not, it brings no value to the thread.

This is supposed to be a troll free zone. If you love to troll you have the rant. It is to talk about rumors and speculation about recruiting, announcing signings and get recruiting information in general.
Some trolling breaks out on here from time to time, but it is frowned upon. If trolling and talking trash is your thing, take it to the rant.

This board is kind of like the library. Do not talk above a whisper and use your manners. Don't forget, we still have the Rant and the OT Lounge for, uhm, a different sort of posting.
And like all the others said, if we miss out on a recruit it's because of grades, we moved on, not a real offer, or we didn't really want that 4* 6-3, 240lb LB that runs a 4.5 40.

You can't get good, useful information from trolls. If you like to troll you can get your fix elsewhere.

I take it you don't like the team boards because it killed trolling? Why doesn't Auburn allow other fan bases on their boards? That would get the trolling going.
I used to do a little trolling awhile back. The I wanted the opportunity to talk reasonably with people, and it is near impossible to get an honest conversation going.
I try to make the only time I take shots at other fan bases is when they take a shot at Georgia first. Every once in a while I make an unprovoked attack and end up kicking myself afterwards.

It’s nice to have a place to escape trolling sometimes. But each team board has a recruiting thread to post in.
I’m not saying turn the recruiting board back into what it was. It naturally drifted away from what it used to be. That’s fine. Let boards evolve naturally. This particular board is just not as fun as it used to be but we got other positives out of it.

No, seriously. He seems like a legit guy. Said he has tried to get on there several times. At times he trolls Georgia pretty good, so I feel certain he isn't an alter. It just seems odd that y'all won't let him on your board, unless you are sure he is an alter or something. I've had several good conversations with him, and he seems like a good guy.
