Lol, even in the one service that had USC #1 instead of us we still had the exact same average star ranking. They signed 2 more kids than us who both ended up being 4-stars.

USC has always been a powerhouse. They had a great recruiting year. UCLA had a better than average year. I don't think that guarantees that the PAC is getting any better. I do think USC is going to be the best team in the conference next year, but that's judging by the end of the year performance not recruiting.
