Looks to be down to Alabama, Tennessee, and Clemson. Announces Friday.

Clemson leads the CB, but Hank South CB’d Simpson to Alabama today.

He's going to start a QB domino run.

If he commits to Alabama look for Cade Klubnik to commit to Clemson immediately.

If he commits to Clemson I hope Alabama goes after this Ohio kid:

Drew Allar Junior Highlights

He jumped 364 spots on 247 in today's updated rankings. He's now #89 overall. Hell, I'd probably take him over Simpson at this point. Kid looks like a young Patrick Mahomes.

ETA: Lane Kiffin offered Allar today.

Don't think he is a 5 star anymore . . . .still a major talent though.

I guess I don't understand all the different rankings. He is a 4 star on 247, 4 star on rivals, 4 star on ESPN . . . . 5 star composite?

I need to read more on how it all works. Composite says 5 star so that is all that matters.

Another domino is it effectively eliminates any shot y'all take Tanner Bailey, which would mean he would commit to State very soon thereafter the Bama door is shut.

Bailey, of Gordo, Alabama, Profile

He has long been thought to be a Clemson lean. Ole Miss has a better chance than Tennessee but I will be very surprised if it's not Clemson.

When asked, Gordo (Ala.) High four-star 2022 quarterback Tanner Bailey says a few schools are doing a terrific job recruiting him at this point in his process. "Alabama, Oregon, South Carolina!" Bailey said Wednesday night. The No. 9 pro-style passer in the class elaborated on all three.

I've read that Alabama is trending and when Alabama is trending it's hard to stop the momentum.

It will be Alabama or Clemson. If it is Alabama then Clemson will offer Klubnik who wants that offer badly

Wiltfong changed his CB pick from Clemson to Alabama, with Med (6) confidence.

Can someone clue me in on Simpson. As a neutral observer who has lived in Martin, TN (population: 10,000), I can't fathom for 1 second taking a QB from there. 5A football in Tennessee is still pretty bad, 3A competition in the middle of nowhere is fricking horrible.
