Blue-chip RB Armoni Goodwin confirms he will sign Wednesday

quote:

Goodwin, who 247Sports ranks as the nation's No. 5 running back prospect, was previously committed to Auburn. He said last Thursday that he was really only talking to two schools: Auburn and LSU.

Of course they do. He switched from Auburn to LSU when it was clear that Gus was gone, and LSU destroyed everyone just a year ago.

Taking away the fact that you are a LSU fan. Would you send your children to LSU to play football right now?

LSU has to feel good about this one. AU doesn't even have a coach, and won't until after signing day at this point

Add in that AU is returning probably the best RB in the conference next year and all signs point to LSU.

I'm glad we can have a civilized conversation about recruiting and not throw poop at each other like toddlers.

That would require him getting away from his computer screen and meeting a woman.
