quote:Gotcha. Well, it makes it easier to prove when the recruit runs his mouth to reporters. However, he probably just cost himself a job and possibly a chance to play for Bama by doing this interview.
Yeah, it might be against the rules, but good luck proving it is my point.

AU has players going on national television stating they were paid to play at AU and these tards are worried about Saban helping a recruit get a job. This is high comedy.

Sounds like Saban has been sitting back since August in hopes someone else would come after him, but it never happened.
I bet he would love for the kid to go elsewhere.

NCAA could have done something had one of those guys been willing to name a name. Unfortunately, they couldn't or wouldn't. Strange, huh?

It is still funny watching the gump fans get mad and spin this.

Then this should be a non issue until the kid signs. If Saban holds true to his word then what's wrong?

I thought the strangest part was the AU coaches making a kid change majors because it interferred with football. How fukd up is that?

Is that an NCAA violation

Seriously?
You do realize bama players graduate without ever even knowing what their major is or what degree they are being given?

Unfortunately this is too common in college and truly does make the student athlete concept a joke.
