Now Texas is inching in on the SEC. You are not going to destroy this conference. Go Home!(B12)

You’re not gonna end up with 3 backs in this class

Apparently Tank Bigsby is a silent commit to us. But I’ll believe it when I see it

This is what I've been hearing as well. Heard we were getting some attention from Lloyd as recent as a couple weeks ago but it appears things have cooled off since.

No doubt RB is a top priority for us in 2020 though.

Kendall Milton - LSU/UGA fight

While there is no denying that Coach Shrimp Boat Captain and LSU have a ton of MO in recruiting, I don't see LSU winning this battle IF it truly comes down to a LSU/UGA for the following reasons:

1) LSU took two top backs in 2019. UGA took only one and he was a lower 4-star.

2) Dawgs have the better offensive line by a country mile.

3) Dawgs rep as RBU along w/ top RB recruiter in the country in Dell McGee.

Granted, LSU snaked John Emery back into the fold in the 2019 class but that should have never been a battle to begin since Emery is a Louisiana native.

The #1 reason I gave - the depth chart just looks better for Milton at UGA - is the one I give the most weight. We all know that matters most to kids.

Different than Chillmonster where I only disagree with about half your post

He's the top back on OSU's board as well. OSU's depth chart when Dobbins leaves looks amazing to a kid like him.

LSU insiders feel good, OSU insiders feel good, it sounds like UGA insiders feel good

Edit: if OSU gets Robinson to commit then they are likely out of the running for Milton

OU already has a 5* RB commit. UGA can make the case.

You believed the childhood favorite comment.
They all say that.

The question was not directed at Mizzou because of course you are not going to get any of the top tier RBs and probably will not get any of the second tier RBs or maybe even third tier RBs

UGA has owned the East Coast in RB recruiting. LSU never has to go too far between LA and TX. Cali RB's are all over the place since the decline of USC

247's west coast guy's percentages for Bijan: Texas 35%, UCLA 25%, Ohio State 25%, USC/UW/LSU 15%. Also says he's close to putting in a crystal ball for Texas.

He plans to OV to USC and UCLA in addition to Texas and Ohio State. LSU and Washington are competing for the final OV.

He plans on announcing in September sometime.

He'd be nice insurance for potentially whiffing on Evans, McClellan, and Milton

I don't think any of the schools in the running for Milton will melt if he goes to one of the others. All 3 of the schools mentioned most recently (UGA, LSU, OSU) have long lineages of producing RBs in college and the NFL. All 3 would love to have him, and all 3 would be fine in the RB room if he went somewhere else

Ding ding ding. It would certainly be surprising for LSU to be the choice just given the double haul last cycle... but it's not out of the question by any means.
