He said today that his head said UCLA and heart said UGA, so probably UGA if the DC (and his primary recruiter) leaves.

To be fair, did the article say that he had "re-opened recruitment", or that he was just going to try to decide between UCLA and UGA? Does he just want to sleep on it and sign in the morning, or is it now a free-for-all?
