Of course, general consensus does make sense. and plenty of it. Nobody at LSU believed Chavis was leaving until the phone call incident went public. Things like that makes sense and are supported by facts.

Again, I do not believe A&M's rumor on Johnson reaching out to them, as well as Roquan Smith based on an unnamed source that could be uncle bob from the bar down the street for all anyone knows. I know A&M's purpose on this board is to beat their chest like they've accomplished something, but spouting unvalidated rumors is lame and makes you look pathetic and desperate

Sorry somebody pissed in the dawg's cereal. This is calling out a rumor, related to Roquan Smith, that Smith reached out to AM and added on that Johnson did as well. We are arguing that fact. Plus, there has literally been no updates on Smith, who will probably end up at Georgia Anyway

Damn you are insecure. The report was from an A&M website. There is no proof, as there rarely is in recruiting. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. Now that he is signed to LSU I seriously doubt we will ever know nor does it matter. I don't understand the obsession by LSU fans to say act as though no one would ever want to go to A&M and that we are some backwater, terrible program when that just isn't the case.

As for Smith, the likely thing is that he goes to UGA but the longer it stretches out the more I think A&M may have a shot. If he was just going to go to UGA then he should end it. A lot of the reasons he seemed to want to go to UCLA were that he wanted to do something different and were less about a love for UCLA per se. No telling though, he may decide to go to Michigan just to frick with everyone.

Well, my source is the kid and his entire family. They're not moving to Houston and he did not reach out to A&M.

When an LSU fan injects himself on to a thread about a recruit that isn't even considering LSU and has to go on and on about how A&M sucks and no one would ever want to go there it shows insecurity. When you demand "proof" that an LSU recruit would ever dream of considering A&M and reaching out to our coaches as though it could never happen it makes you sound insecure.

Smith has listed A&M as one of his 4 Finalists and reports are that he has reached out to our coaches. I will see if he will send me his phone records though as "proof" for you, your approval is very important to me.

Why are you still here? In general, but specifically in these threads? You should come back when roquan announces LSU is in his top options.

There is no real reason for LSU fans to be insecure, so we don't get it either. Ah, but that hasn't stopped them before. So, it is what it is... Is it something in the DNA, the water, or the corndogs?
