He has been rumored to be planning on decommiting from Bama for awhile. They were rumored to be making room for a roughly equally rated legacy of some sort.
That timing could mean something, or it could be a coincidence.

Oh hot damn, LSU built up a lot steam at the Elite camp, hope we get him, he was arguably one of if not the best player there. Coach O spent a lot of time with him personally.

I didn't say anything about him being an LSU lean or LSU lock. He's fresh off spending a week with O, the LSU side felt good about the visit, and now he decommits a week later. It'd be pretty dumb to say LSU doesn't have a chance here
