Weird that Notre Dame is melting over NIL. I don’t know their situation with that in-depth, but they’re looking at their best recruiting class in decades. That can’t be 100% from replacing Kelly with Freeman, has to be some NIL impact right?

Did you know Kelly loves to get Missouri top recruits when he was at Notre Dame and now at LSU!

Freeman is the reason. He's an A+ recruiter and ND didn't fight to retain Kelly because Freeman was going to be the replacement

I remember Kelly tried to bring Freeman to LSU.

I don't think LSU is out of it for Moore yet.

ND didn't even get a chance.

Our insider thinks LSU is in it. I don’t think anyone knows where Moore is going.

There was no trade. Kelly left because LSU is a better job than ND despite what the media tries to tell you. Freeman has no HC experience and is a massive gamble, but the players wanted him. We saw LSU players lobby for O to get the job 6 years ago, but most of us knew he probably didn’t deserve it. People are shitting all over Brian Kelly’s tenure in south bend, but that program was basically dead when he got there. He left it in a little better shape than he found it.

Yeah, he did. Ed Orgeron also tried to hire him because he's a really good DC.

Again, a little louder for the idiots here, Notre Dame's very own AD even said that Kelly didn't give him a chance to counter.

LSU just went in and snatched a blue bloods winningest coach.

No clue where Moore ends up, but was looking around online and apparently ND fans are livid and pissed as frick at Tennessee for offering Nico 8 million. Their fans are saying that without NIL Moore would go to ND and now they're out. Pretty entertaining to see them melt down.

Kind of a weird melt because they just got a top 50 commit, and composite 5* at QB for 2024. Grandson of Michigan Man Lloyd Carr

You're getting flack but you're spot on. I don't think they were glad Kelly left, but they had a plan they were fine with if he did.

hard to even say we are in it when he has never made a trip. if he actually does come out next week which has been suggested, but not confirmed, then who knows. but hard to say we are even a legit option until then

On3 put LSU over ND for Moore after Carr signed, but Carr is a 2024 signee.

I'm not sure why a 2024 signee would lower ND's chance, but what LSU will have in 2023 would up ours.

I don't know what any of it means at this point.

Apparently Carr might look to reclassify and it came down to ND taking Carr now or passing on him and hope they hold onto Moore after he makes the visit rounds

247 national reporter earlier today said about Jaden Rashada:

The buzz still seems to be most around A&M and Florida.

As a FYI he's scheduled to announce in a week

Interesting.

If Rashada goes to Florida I bet Moore leans A&M.

All depends on how the season goes though.
