Just insane how elite Schumann is to get these guys, who could play anywhere, to come join a loaded locker room full of competition instead

Kirby has done a nice job replacing elite assistants who get HC gigs elsewhere but there wlll be a dropoff when Schu leaves - he is on his own tier as a recruiter

UGA has and has had recruiters who can recruit the hell out of specific positions.
Pittman was an ace OL recruiter at UGA. The depth of talent he recruited on the OL was unprecendented.
Hartley is that way at TE. We add a top 100 player in the nation at TE every season it seems like.
Schumann is that way with LB's.
