Announced last week he was staying. This feels like he’s trying to just get us to commit more money to him.

I can’t find anything confirming if he signed a contract or not. Some people are saying he has and we may get into a Washington QB situation. The other is saying he hasn’t and he’s doing this just to get more money because he announced he was staying last week only to pull this today.
