I'm pretty damn sure that his game will translate to "big time football". Have you seen his highlights? This dude would start at any program in the nation that he wanted to attend. He is going to be a hell of a ballplayer for LSU. Kellen mond is going to have nightmares about this guy at lsu...upon our many other studs that we will have surrounding him. Geaux Tigers.

Aggot Daniel has no interest in an actual conversation. He’s a loser.

Man, you are very butthurt over anything concerning LSU football. You better learn, adapt, and get used to it bc LSU football is just getting started under coach O. We are going to consistently be in the hunt for Natty's year in and year out. Bama isn't going to be able to depend on LSUs inept offensive scheme and lack of production from our qbs to beat LSU anymore. Those days are over and everyone knows it but you apparently. You are going to be very miserable for a while to come with LSUs program on the rise. Get used to this, this is the new normal for LSU and bamas days are over. LSU is taking over now and we still comin'. Geaux Tigers.

Man what the frick are you talking about?
I was just replying to the comment about no other fanbase chiming in.

I’m sure he’s gonna be great for y’all

Before he signed with LSU the draft analyst on my radio said he was shocked he wasn’t going to go to the NFL because he had a second round grade. Physically, he’s there and his production at that level has been elite. So let’s see.

Great pickup, but the kid should have entered the draft.

Maybe his testing was shite or something, but he looks like he has prototype size & speed for an NFL linebacker and his tape speaks for itself.

He was a part of a championship program at the FCS level and he wanted to improve his stock and compete at a championship program at the FBS level.

Hard to pass up the opportunity to play at LBU.

He's already an NFL kid. If he's a starter getting to contract 2 a year early and extra season in the NFL at the end of his career are more valuable than 3 years on a rookie contract.

Good testing would put him somewhere in the RD 3-5 range. This makes me wonder if he bothered to test in private. If he was running 4.6ish with a good shuttle there's no way he wouldn't enter the draft. Tape looks like he could do even better than that.

Why go in the the 3rd-5th round when you can spend a year in Baton Rouge and get drafted in the 1st?

He will be the 3rd straight linebacker from LSU drafted in the first round after White & Queen.

Problem is being in FCS automatically gets you knocked down most draft boards. They were saying if he came out, without knowing testing, he would have been a mid-rounder. So he knows he was that, and probably wants to play on a bigger stage to get the competition knock off him. For FCS guys it's so extremely hard to get taken in the first or 2nd round. Looking at the last 3 drafts, out of 192 picks in the 1st and 2nd round, only 5 came from non FBS schools. Only 1 of those 5 was in the 1st round.

To put all that into perspective, there's:

128 FCS teams
169 DII teams
250 DIII teams

So 547 non division I NCAA football programs produced 5 1st or 2nd round picks the last 3 drafts.

LSU by itself has put 9 1st/2nd rounders out the last 3 drafts by comparison. This is why you transfer and move up.

Not the room itself, just the remnants of 5 stars under Clyde’s feet .

Kid is a 2x All American with prototype measurables. He's exactly the kind of non-FBS player who goes in the first 2 rounds. If his testing was good he'd be a rd 3 selection at the very worst.

And if he has the goods he'd make more in the long run by getting to contract 2 a year early and (maybe) playing in the league for longer.
