Im not picking on Ole Miss, but why would any school other than Texas A&M allow this guy to be on their football team?

Penn State withdrew their scholarship offer, out of respect for A&M, and then Ole Miss goes in and snags him.

I'm not sure if you noticed or not but OM seems to be a big fan of second chances.
