you realize we went 5-7 this past season?

eta: and only accumulated 22 sacks overall. that's 12th overall in the SEC. 91st in the NCAA.

Isn't he a DT? Sacks really won't be his forte amirite?

We don't use our DTs for sacks. That's the DEs job. He will be just fine at Mizzou.

Hopper worked out quite well for us, genius, but thanks for your retarded concern.

Former 4* recruit will definitely take up space at 6'3 and 320. Nice pickup. Needed to beef up at DT, and this will help.

McClellan had several other P5s after him since entering the portal (FSU, Auburn, OU, Miss St, Colorado, Arkansas). It’s clear he has talent and Mizzou fans are allowed to be excited about this addition despite the fact that he came from a dogshit program

He wanted way too much money that he’s not worth …. He was never coming to OU. Average DT …

He was really good for a freshman during his first year with us. He got passed over by a backup Louisville freshman who transferred in last year and looked like he was carrying some bad weight. He is definitely very talented and a change of scenery will probably do him well, especially with how bad our S&C team was before we got rid/changed roles of the guy who headed it up.

That is a good get. He’ll probably pan out as well as the other defensive transfers you got from us. I was sad to see him go.

Then why would OU go after him then? You're confusing....
When OU doesn't get someone -- Oh, he is average.
When OU does get someone -- Second coming of Jesus....
You're a terrible poster

I just want to say I appreciate the honest feedback from Florida fans in here. Contrasts heavily with non-SEC.

OU absolutely wanted him. Tremendous potential. Missouri offered more NIL than OU. Good pickup by Mizzou

He was never going to OU he wanted cash …. Same way it was out of high school if he wanted to go to OU he would have done so out of highschool since he’s from Owasso Ok. Yes I am sure the OU coaches wanted him but they only want someone if they are not going to ask for a a arm and a leg to get them …. So just like I said he was never going to come to OU….. we are not going to overpay for second rate dts ….. period …. UGA Bama other schools do not pay for a kid who lasted a whole year at UF and wanted out …. He’s driven by cash

No NIL contract was put together for McClellan other than the general opportunities offered to all Mizzou athletes, clothing, visits, social media etc.
If he plays well, I'm sure things will open up.
