Most LSU fans thought he looked raw and were upset when we cooled on Patterson because of Franks. There was quite the melt, but for the most part we were stoked to have Franks.
When he decommitted, our fanbase had another melt because he didn't want us to pursue another QB.

From the outside looking in, LSU must have told him that he was the only QB they were going after this cycle. UF has heavily recruited other QBs leading up to his commitment for UF.

Why is this thread still alive? Kid has enrolled at UF and is currently in classes.
He is a high ceiling QB that needs development, who won't be counted on to contribute from Day 1 unless something abnormal happens.
