He's not that kind of prospect yet. His football future is better at this point.

To the poster that asked if LSU had a quarterback start in a Super Bowl. The answer is YES. His name is David Woodley. He was the quarterback of the Miami Dolphins BEFORE some guy named Dan Marino, LOL.

Ole Miss fans are begging for a melt and are upset it isn't happening.

Congrats Ole Miss. You locked up both Pattersons and got a really good QB prospect. Be happy and quit trying to turn it into something it isn't.

Yeah... I imagine that was a quick Google search on his part.

I don't want Patterson if he scared to compete.

If he goes to Ole Miss we gonna knock him out the game.

I think Ole Miss is probably a better fit for him. He'll have a chance to start from day one without much competition.

Just so it's clear and everyone knows..

Sean's father Sean sr has came out and said that sean is still with
LSU.

I can't link but shreveport times wrote it in the newspaper this morning.

And Shea from 247 said he asked and got it confirmed by even higher ups at LSU that Sean was going to Ole Miss. Maybe the father is just being respectful to both LSU and Ole Miss and not confirming anything until everything is completely finalized.

The only advantage LSU had over Ole Miss in this was the brother.

So without the brother in play, he was Ole Miss bound?

So one HS QB panned out in over a decade?

Impressive! Patterson is a damn fool if he believes he will develop anything but the quickest route to a JUCO at Ole Miss. Recent history proves that

That's more than LSU.

No it's not. LSU actually developed several QB's out of HS and sticks with them, while Ole Miss continually goes the transfer route for more than a decade. The HS QB's you do get never get developed and end up transferring.

Jamarcus Russel ended up being a bust in the NFL. Matt Flynn was a good game manager. Other than that, it's Jarret Lee, Jordan Jefferson and Jennings.
