Best part about it: most schools he’s being recruited by require a 19 or higher to get into which he doesn’t have. Ole miss requires a 17... which is what he made

That doesnt sound true at all

We really don't know what he had to make for a couple of reasons. NCAA qualification is on a sliding scale. If his grades are higher, he doesnt need as a high a grade. We dont know what his grades are. Also, the overall score on one test really doesnt matter. This was the 2nd time he took it and you can mix and match your sections. He may have only gotten a 17 on this test, which doesnt seem accurate but idk, but that may have been because he needed to improve on one section. Giving his score that the clearinghouse looks at higher than the 17 that he got on his test

They take the sum score. So that’s not true.

The minimum NCAA requirements to get in is the same for Ole Miss, A&M, Florida, Georgia.

I'm almost positive that's not true. All SEC schools have the same standards for admission of athletes. Regular students is obviously another situation but athletes all have the same requirements. Only exception might be Vandy because it is a private institution.

Yea. None of us are Stanford. We all are operating under the same standards when it comes to admissions for football players

Not true. We are the Stanford of Athens, Ga. No other school in Athens, Gerogia has higher standards or better academics.

Certainly true compared to LSU. Less so but probably also true vs. ATM.

You're right. I just meant the other 30,000 people at each university.

Whether he signs with us or not I don't care. I'm just happy to have a reason for the 1st time in 3 years to actively check the recruiting board.

Ummmm....guys? It was a joke. Read it again. I said no other school in Athens, Georgia has higher standards or better academics. Last I checked, UGA is the only University in Athens , Georgia.

Have you all lost your sense of humor...or maybe just the ability to read?

The official A&M football account just started following Evans. That account doesn’t follow any recruits until they are enrolled. It’s speculated(I don’t know) that it may be a recruiting violation for them to follow a recruit who hasn’t signed and/or enrolled.
