I already told you I couldn't sleep last night because of Sumlin. What more do you want from me?

According to Wikipedia we are the ninth oldest rivalry in college football so yeah I would say there is some hate

Oh, I get the enmity.
But there's rivalry; and then there's throwing anything and everything against the wall in a frantic attempt to make something stick.
Some of y'all are coming across that way.

It was not meant to rub anything in just defend against the fact that we cancelled the contract. It has benefited both parties. That's all I was saying

I gotcha.
I was speaking more holistically.

I hate to interrupt this pissing match with recruiting info, but A&M insiders feel more confident than ever following the visit this weekend. Obviously, it is far from over, and the official visits to LSU and UCLA could change things in a second, but A&M feels cautiously optimistic.

It would really hurt to lose two such great prospects at safety and ILBer, two major areas of need for us. Young could potentially start at MLBer next year at A&M.

Irrelevant.

We're told by LSU fans that A&M isn't a threat to the Tigers.

It's been pretty much known for over a year that Young is looking to go out of state. I'm not sure LSU really has a dog in this fight honestly. UCLA losing their DC certainly doesn't help them. He seems to be A&M's to lose.

HOWEVER, you nut jobs thinking LSU is falling apart for losing a WR and LB are loony.

Why are you so sarcastic & angry? I thought the recruiting board was supposed to be a safe-house from all of the SECr malcontents?

It's the SEC. Hate runs deep! I hope y'all do compete for a championship tho seriously. A&M is a solid program that's building the foundation. And if you've ever been to a 12th man game you'd realize the great tradition and atmosphere

Whoever said this is ignorant. A&M is quickly becoming one of our biggest Louisiana recruiting rival. A&M is competing for our top players in 2014 and 2015 by offering them early and recruiting them hard. KY very may well be gone and if so I wish him well. He'll be a star for the Aggies like Claiborne.

From 1945–1988, LSU had the most dominant span in the series history. LSU went 20-5-1 vs. Texas A&M during this span. It currently has been 19 years since Texas A&M has defeated LSU in a football game.

Is this a recruiting thread?

Between 1944 and 1986, Texas A&M and LSU played 25 times. How many games during this time span were played in College Station?
