Maybe you should look up why Bear Alexander left USC…

How so? Have said repeatedly I don't blame him for taking the money.

That’s great. Most of your posts come off as passive aggressive.

We've had the same amount of DL drafted in the first round as Texas has overall since 2021. Yeah, it's safe to say Kirby is better at developing DL talent. Especially since two of those 4 first rounders were 3 star players.

So since Sarks first year as head coach and Kirby’s 4th, Georgia has put more into the league? No shite. You can’t develop kids in 1 year. In Sarks 3rd year he put 2 DL in before uga had 1 drafted. What a difference a few years in a program will do.

He left Georgia despite getting plenty of reps in the natty win over TCU and gorging on NIL money.

He also went to four high schools in four years. The one USC data point is fairly irrelevant.

But yes, his agent/surrogate dad said he should be getting 40 snaps a game and if not, he is redshirting.

So he got a lot of snaps in a blowout win? I would exactly call that sufficient playing time. If what Georgia fans keeps claiming about their NIL is true, he was underpaid.

I hate we missed on him. But I think we will manage.

Kinda weird that you win the SEC and the first thing you do is comment on a recruit that skipped over you.

Lol he wasn’t even being discussed on your board. Just a lump of cash put out in the last 24 hours and you got him. Congrats but damn it’s pretty lame, and if you can’t see the issue then that’s even worse.

College football is dead.

I just read this entire thread and wanted to comment. My perception/opinion on Texas is built on their history and their way they behave themselves.

That said let's look at how well they play with others. Their modus operandi is consistent with destroying established football conferences.

Southwest conference no longer exists.
Big Eight conference no longer exists.
Big 12 conference is for the most part non-existent.
Pac 12 conference has been relegated to a non-major power.

They insist upon themselves. I'm not sure if Sankey only wanted them only because of the TV money, they bought their way in and it will cost the SEC dearly.

They should be independent like Notre Dame.

None of them will have a run like Bama is just coming off of, so I don't think this is accurate

Bingo that’s why we got all these changes. I can’t blame them, I remember hating the usc and Miami dynasty’s as a kid and they only lasted 2-3 seasons

Justus Terry is already practicing with the Texas team in postseason Playoff game prep in December.

Weird, it has more teams than it did before we left...

Texas was never aprt of the Pac 12/10

That is exactly why he wanted us. If we went to the Big10, the SEC dominance (that's already barely holding on) would be non existent in CFB anymore.
