My oldest grandchild has told me she would like to have my truck. I will give it to her.

We were going to pick up some pizza and I opened up the 2UZ-FE into passing gear. She smiled.

It has 200,000 miles on it, the upholstery is shot and the exterior paint shows some rust, but I have done the engine work myself. It will outlive me.
Wife said go ahead if you really want it. Just get some more life insurance.

Wife of Alfred Hitchcock.
What surprised me about the gold mine tour was all the drill bits stuck in the rock.
Makes sense though, if you break a bit, why waste time removing it.

Went to a wedding at Montaluca? winery, very nice. My son likes the bbq at the produce stand. I think it is Farmhouse.

The coach at my school administered the paddling. You got to sign the paddle afterwards.

He displayed the previous years paddles on the wall behind his desk.

Marie Curie

She was interred at the cemetery in Sceaux, alongside her husband Pierre.[46] Sixty years later, in 1995, in honour of their achievements, the remains of both were transferred to the Paris Panthéon. Their remains were sealed in a lead lining because of the radioactivity.[77] She became the second woman to be interred at the Panthéon (after Sophie Berthelot) and the first woman to be honoured with interment in the Panthéon on her own merits.[13]

Juxtaposition is a literary and artistic device that involves placing two contrasting elements side by side to highlight their differences or similarities. This technique is used to create meaning, emphasize points, and engage the audience by revealing unexpected connections.

If you are staying in a condo and want to cook, the best seafood market is in Brunswick.

City market.

Best grocery store is Harris Teeters. You can use a Kroger card there.
My favorites:

Georgia Sea Grill

This is fine dining. Chef spends his mornings at produce and seafood markets. Piano bar. Not for children.

Next door is a pizza place to take children. CJ's Italian

Crowded if you get there after 7. Good marinara and bread while you wait.

Across the street is a no-frills restaurant that serves better than average food. Grandkids like the strawberry crepes for breakfast. yelp website.
Mallory street cafe

Crab trap is the moat popular seafood and it gets crowded. Haven't tried it yet, a new seafood restaurant opened behind the Crab Trap.

Fiddlers Trip advisor web site.

I really miss Alfonzo's.

Danggit. I forgot Costco can only sell liquor in two stores here bc of some of our arcane laws.

The SAM'S in Athens also sells liquor and membership is not required because of the arcane Georgia laws. Inventory is kinda limited though.
Wife sent me to the grocery store for some provisions. Stopped by the liquor store for 1.75 of Elijah Craig.
Coldest: Top of the mountain at Arapaho Basin. Thermometer said -5. Wind chill was probably -15.

Needles, California: 108. The whole town was not open. I heard that everyone stayed inside until the sun went down.
This guy is a real piece of work.

47 million, 9 years.

Romain Dallemand is an American educator. Dallemand is the former Superintendent of Bibb County Schools in Bibb County, Georgia where he served as superintendent from 2011 to 2013.[1] His tenure in Bibb County was plagued with controversy from the start. Including the implementation of Mandarin language into the curriculum, an ambitious project deemed the Macon Miracle, and numerous questionable expenses. [2] In 2015, Dallemand sued the Bibb County School District for $10 million dollars claiming the district violated terms of his severance agreement with the district. The following year the Bibb School District countersued Dallemand claiming committed fraud and Racketeering against the school district as well as spending millions of dollars of the school districts funds without the approval of the school board.[3] In 2017 Dallemand pleaded guilty to filing a false tax return for 2012, under-reporting his income and over-reporting his itemized deductions. My primary care doctor has a small staff. I stop by a local store and pick up a sackful of sausage/cheese/egg biscuits. I keep one until my blood is drawn. They always send me a thankyou note.

My dentist refilled a filling (1.5 years old) and didn't charge me. Went to the bakery down the street and brought the staff a box of apple fritters and petit-fours.

Artificial supply can do A LOT of manipulation, until it can't.

A few years ago I was on a Reddit thread that kept track of the COMEX/LBME manipulations.

How they would dump thousands of ounces to cover their shorts. Weekends, prior to an Asian holiday, when there was no active trading which increased the impact of the dump, which banks were shuffling metal ounces between themselves so they were covered. What the ratio was between their actual metal holdings and their "paper" nonsense.

Anyone have any links, since that I can't find that sub? Prefer it not be Reddit.

A side note: The site was an offshoot of the Gamestop thing, then someone sued claiming ownership and was filing lawsuits...just banter and accusation to where I just unsubscribed.
