Putting this in perspective.
A friend told us recently that she had lost 80 lbs. on Ozempic.
I would be 125 lbs. and my wife would be 50lbs.
That's like concentration camp weights.

I have a grandchild that is going to be in a cheerleader competition in Sevierville. Looking for a place to stay. I have Marriot points, but staying beside I-40 near a Buc-cees ain't gonna work.
Saw this place online. In the woods, front porch, shady. Anyone have a better place?

My wife's employer had a house there. Stayed there many times.
It is so exclusive, it's boring. There is no one on the beach except for the Cloister and then it's just a few. There are no restaurants or any type of commercial enterprise unless you go to/invited to the Cloister.
The last time we were there, the landscapers started at 10 AM and went forever.
Is it nice? Extremely. There was a G8 summit held there. The skeet range is top notch. Bring your Krieghoff.

Is it sushi? Soy sauce has salt and vinegar. Wasabi is like a nasal disinfectant.
Might want to risk it. /s

I hear this live 6 times a year. I know it's a Bulldog fight song, but to me, it will always be the "Battle Hymn of the Republic". Patriotic and religious.

The guy that owns the local Gold/Silver store near me has a file cabinet that has currency from around the world. He buys from travelers that have returned for the current exchange rate and sells + a small rate.
Your local bank can get you Euros and Pounds, but they sometimes have problems with bhat's, Philippine pesos, dongs, yuans and yens, etc.
He also buys their coins, since exchange businesses won't fool with coins. Too heavy, small value.
Just a thought.

Drucker had read about the work of endocrinologist John Eng, gastroenterologist Jean-Pierre Raufman and biochemist John Pisano, who had sequenced the proteins in Gila monster (Heloderma suspectum) venom and found two that looked like human GLP-1.
Drucker and his team from the University of Toronto acquired a Gila monster from the Utah Zoo's breeding program to dissect for further research. This work confirmed that the lizard species' unique genes produce a protein, Exendin-4, that fit the bill, mimicking GLP-1 while hanging round in the human body for far longer.
A synthetic version was created in the years after, but it took until 2005 for this GLP-1 agonist to become an FDA-approved treatment for type 2 diabetes. It's now also become a popular treatment for obesity, with further potential applications on the horizon.

They have the best fast food salad of all fast food restaurants.
Come to think about it, they have the only grilled chicken large salad. And It's good. I have never ordered anything else from them.

I had a similar water leak. Had it repaired and went to the local city water board office and asked if I could have sewerage bill reduced. They did it.

They call it Stormy Monday
But Tuesday is just as bad.
The eagle flies on Friday
Saturday I go out to play.
Sunday I go out to church
get on my knees to pray.

A cold front was coming through. 90% humidity, 95 degrees.
A bolt struck the huge pine tree in the front yard. I lived in an old house that had a steel water main. The refrigerator had a copper line that went to the ice maker. Blew the freezer door open and melted the ice maker.
Traveling down a country road during a storm. Bolt hit a tree 20 feet away. My eyes took a while to begin working properly.
