Dominating is not what I'd call it.
They are addressing some needs but I've got major questions about how well you can mold an offensive line in a single season when you throw together five portal guys.
The move to the Big 12 will be good for their record.

Second when you include the portal, only behind Texas Tech who has 11 more commitments. Their average recruit ranking is the highest in the Big 12. Again, it's not dominating but it's good relative to who they will be competing against. I DO NOT however, think building in the portal each year like he's trying to do is at all sustainable. And as I said before, rebuilding an OL from scratch will all new players probably won't be very smooth.
