Billy doesn’t step foot in Louisiana though

Pretty sure Jerit runs the Bootleggers now & I know Sam is in LA frequently

I know you S Louisiana baws like saying Shreveport isn't even a part of Louisiana... More E Texas than anything.... Haha it's just Southern Arkansas.

I get it.. I like to joke around with the boys every now n then. But this shite just is old and so false. Go look around the stadium all the names you'll see from Shreveport/surrounding area. Take a look around, if you're ever even up here, at what the kids, teenagers, old people are wearing, LSU. Shreveport is DIE hard LSU bc we have to be to get you baws' acceptance in the state! I know this won't go over well, I'm a Cowboys fan too, my entire family has been since my grandfather's time. No other college team can even try to compete with the fandom we have for LSU here. In my personal opinion the support for LSU is greater than it is anywhere else in the state outside of BR itself. (Bc we know about them secret closet bama fans Nola got wink)Our blood runs purple and gold as well my boy!

LINK

Another reference point. Interesting the differences of opinions on LAs RB. The order in the link

Berry
Ford
Parker
Simon
Lindsay

Who's right? 127 posts arguing it when the "professionals" can only agree on #1

For the people saying Shreveport should basically be excommunicated from Louisiana, would you be ok with not having guys like Jacob Hester, Tredavious White, Greedy Williams, and Devin White? Or guys in other sports like Todd Walker and Stromile Swift? Shreveport and Lafayette are the two most loyal places to LSU in Louisiana. Baton Rouge and New Orleans have no room to talk about anyone.

I’m not hating on Lindsey, but there are multiple in-state RBs without LSU offers that have better offer lists than him.

It is a great year in state for RBs. One of the best I can remember

You cant just go on offer lists. Sometimes kids get a big offer, jump on it and have no interest in anyone else and dont rack up much in the form of other offers.

The fact Lindsey has skyrocketed up the rankings on both 247/on3 though should be a pretty tell-tale sign what people think about him. Keep in mind thats not LSU people ranking him. I'll also add Lindsey's huge bump up into Top 150 nationally on on3 came BEFORE he even had an LSU offer.

The only teams on Ford's list that would probably take a commitment now is Miami. BOL just put out their post spring big board and listed like 8 Rbs and Ford isn't even on the list

Jaylon Coleman is now classified as a slot receiver on some sites and I don't see him visiting any big time programs

I wasn’t talking about either of them, though Ford would qualify for the point I was making. I like Lindsey > Ford

Lindsay is perfect for an outside zone running scheme.

He hits the tackle and he is gone. He has enough wiggle. He is a hell of a blocker. Catches the ball with his body(needs to work on that)

He looks like the countless La guys that shows up to camp and people question “where has this dude been?!?”. Maybe he is a grades guy, bc size and speed don’t seem to be an issue.

Sites just ride offer waves. Dutchtown isn't far from LSU campus like 30 minutes if that based on traffic. I'm sure the staff knows or heard of him.

I don't completely disagree with your opinion about Simon and my opinion is no greater than yours. I prefer Simon to anyone but Berry as well. Just think he's gonna be solid no matter what. Difficult to explain the little parts of the game hes advanced in. The others aren't at that floor and may never be. Also happen to think Lindsay is close enough to not fret Simon. In a debate where even the "experts" disagree, how do you decide a winner? Even had folks in here knighting for Charles Power. Imagine that.

BTW, I think you held your own pretty well in this thread. Keep being you my friend. This board needs a good dose every now and then.
