Hugh Freeze is a good recruiter. Like all successful coaches ever in any sport, he's probably willing to break some rules to win. But saying his success is 100% cheating is delusional. It suggests that he's competing with teams that aren't giving incentives, and there isn't a team in the SEC that isn't giving incentives.
