THis whole thing about a SEC Agreement is complete bullshet, Whatever this Yancy dude is saying is a complete LIE. THeir is no such Document that hill could sign that would make him join bama, unless it is a LOI and He cannot sign his LOI until Jan. If I'm wrong prove it, show me the type document, he signed that would make him sign with bama, guess what their is not one...Hell, just give me the name of the document and please don't say SEC Agreement, that is not the name of the document...

I would also like to see some evidence of this document's existence

I wasn't trying agree or disagree with WIO's argument. Just passing along my bit of info. As far as Yancy is concerned, he definitely plays shite up but as far as flat out lying? I've never noticed it and like WIO said, he would lose subscriptions over it.
Some of you state fans are just scratching and clawing for anything aren't you?

That was pretty easy, I checked the SEC and NCAA web pages for documents that would require a recruit to enter a college and guess what a LOI, it the only docement, I could find that does this type action toward a recruit. So you tell me where it is at buddy, since you believe their is such a document, I think you know the whole thing is a Lie, a complete ficking lie.... Yancy dude, is Full OF shite and a liar to boot...

Straight out of Brandon Hill's mouth:
Is this what all this bullshite is about?
Financial Aid Agreements have absolutely zero binding stipulations on the part of the prospective student.
Surely this Yancy Porter guy knows this, right? If not, what an idiot.
quote:
“I signed with Alabama coming out of high school and it was where I wanted to go from the start. I had a heart-to-heart to talk with my mother when I committed to Ole Miss. Then, we had another heart-to-heart talk and I told her this is my dream and I want to live out my life to the fullest and go with Alabama,” said Hill.
quote:
One of the turning points was an in-home visit from Alabama area recruiter and wide receivers coach, Mike Groh, on December 4.
“He said I hadn’t been home in a while- talking about Tuscaloosa. He told me if I got there on an official visit, then I’d see home again and see why I wanted to be there from the start. After I got there, I was like, ‘yeah, this is a done deal.’ There were a lot of mixed emotions. I just want to get on the right path and am looking forward to getting there.”
quote:
“The people I came in with- like Landon Collins, Geno Smith, and Amari (Cooper- they were telling me we could do some great things and win championships. And we can. I still had the love and it was like I was already there. The fans and the people around town were showing me love like I was already there. It felt good and the support of the town period had a great impact on me and other recruits. It made me feel like I had a home away from home.”
quote:
“I’m getting to Alabama on January 7. I signed a financial aid agreement. I’m planning on getting with Coach Cochran and getting down to size real quick. A lot of people talk about my weight but I don’t think everyone understands the weight I can play with. At my old high school, I played at 365 and was moving well. At prep school, I played at 380 and was still moving well.
Is this what all this bullshite is about?

I posted last night he signed financial aid papers on his OV and they were not binding and these Ole Miss goons still say he signed some secrect SEC document that no one has heard of that forced him to go to school at bama, which is insane...I agree this Yancy dude, is a dumbazz, bigtime....

So it was a financial aid agreement he signed in on his last OV to bama about a week ago and not some serecrt SEC document that because he entered a prep school... So, he signed the financial aid agreement a week ago and somehow he was foreced to go to bama, what joke, just like this Yancy dude, it has been well known on bama boards that Hill signed Financail agreement on his visit to bama.... THis is not some unkown rule or document and had nothing to do with a prep school...Oh, yea, it looks his mother signed the grant in aid also, so she was duped too... Man you guys are a sad bunch period...

Yancy isn't saying his FA agreement is what kept him from coming to OM

He's already listed in the student directory at Alabama.

Are people seriously arguing over a rule that states multiple times in it's own wording that it only applies to kids who are academically eligible?
Posted on 12/26/12 at 5:44 pm to bamalee
No he signed FA papers to two SEC schools. That's where the rub is. It's a moot point because he wanted to come to Bama.

Funny, you talk about Bundy being obsessed, but you make a thread titled "Suck it Bundy" as your first thought.
Funny stuff.
