You're hilarious. You actually think y'all are getting Mckinstry
There's being a delusional homer and then there's you Patrick.
LSU would've recruited Milliner, Kirkpatrick, Humphrey, Barron, Scott...they didn't get any of them. The high 4 stars and 5 star DBs aren't leaving the state if Bama is pursuing them. I don't recall where exactly Phelon Jones finished ranked, but that's the highest DB y'all have ever pulled from Alabama. Jason Allen was the last elite DB prospect to leave the state, as I said. That was 18 years ago
I get it, you're riding high after your championship and you think that changes everything. Orgeron will never be able to cherry pick talent in Alabama the way that Saban does in LA

So you don't see the difference between remembering a particular year/situation and remembering every state of AL DB recruit LSU offered in the last 20 years?

Thanks, George. You are always a solid poster.
I think Dre Kirkpatrick should be on that list. I remember him committing during an all star game. I think he may have had LSU in his top 3 or 5. I don't remember LSU really recruiting any of those other guys, but they may have.

Surely LSU recruited Dee Milliner. A south Alabama kid.

I mean do you have any more dumbass ridiculous questions? Of course nobody knows the answer to it. The last 20 years

Gumps, you do Know that the 50/50 is Au/LSU. Yalls basketball coach screwed the pooch. But continue with your normal circle jerking. Will be fun checking this thread in the future.

I don't know who LSU seriously recruited or wanted, but the list of SEC level DBs from in-state in the last 10-12 years would be.......
- Malachi Moore (Alabama) (2020)
- Christian Williams (Miami) (2019)
- Malcolm Askew (Auburn) (2017)
- Michael Jackson (Miami) (2015)
- Marlon Humphrey (Alabama) (2014) (elite)
- Ronnie Clark (Alabama) (2014)
- Stephen Roberts (Auburn) (2014)
- Marquez White (FSU) (2013)
- Trae Elston (Ole Miss) (2012)
- Jonathan Rose (Auburn) (2011)
- Chris Jones (Alabama) (2011)
- Demarcus Milliner (Alabama) (2010) (elite)
- Jarrick Williams (Alabama) (2010)
- Desmond Brown (Clemson) (2010)
- Nick Perry (Alabama) (2010)
- Dre Kirkpatrick (Alabama) (2009) (elite)
- Burton Scott (Alabama) (2008) (elite)
- Mark Barron (Alabama) (2008) (elite)
- Dee Finley (Florida) (2008)
There was definitely a period where the state didn't put out many 5-star level DBs and Alabama had to go elsewhere to get them (NJ, FL, TX).
Conveniently leaving off Cordale Flott. Nice touch.

He wasn't in the Top 10 in state so I honestly just didn't get down that far. A lot more SEC/ACC DBs that went to State/Louisville/etc that were not highly rated.
Good player, though.

I know Alabama looked hard at Flott. Saban and staff always do their due diligence on Alabama kids. Just pass on too many for my taste. But we all know my stance on that.

I actually do Patrick. I’ll tell you once you tell us how many strong side defensive ends east of the Mississippi that Alabama has recruited in the last 37.46 years.
God I just butchered the English language

I feel that Auburn and Alabama regret letting Cordale Flott get away. Kid played solid minutes his freshman year and stood out. Now probably starting opposite Stingley

That’s still TBD but Banks, Turnage, and Carter (gone) were all Top 150 CB prospects

Flott is a beast. But he is so slight, you can’t be surprised that Bama wasn’t that interested. What’s clear is that LSU evaluated him much higher than other teams. And he’s rewarded us by balling out as a freshman.
McKinstry will go to Bama , imho.
