Auburn is at 15 commits and one transfer (All-american FB)which also counts to the 25. I would be shocked if we get more than 5 commits on signing day, so it looks like 21 is the number, saving 4 for next year, transfers, and possible late additions (Diggs/Diamond) who are deciding after signing day. If we get 4 or more of the following, it would be a good day.
OT-Avery Young
OT-Alex Kozan
OT-Jordan Diamond (Announce on the 3rd)
WR-Stefon Diggs (Announce on the 10th)
WR-Ricardo Louis**
WR-Cordelle Patterson
DL-Leonard Williams**
DT-Eddie Goldman
DL-Arik Armstead
LB-Kwon Alexander
LB/RB-Beniquez Brown**
CB-Ronald Darby
CB-Deon Bush
CB-Jordan Moore**
**My guess... Also if we get a surprise, it will be Eddie Goldman...

Probably Kwon too.
Also, we can't count back next year, so why would we leave spots?

EE next year (January 2013) can count to THIS year. That is why we are not going after a lot of plan B guys. Both PM and Rivals have reported that.
I hope you are right about Kwon Alexander, but I think he goes to LSU with his HS buddy (Auburn did not offer)

Unless something has changed recently, I feel like we get Young.

The check may have cleared according to MaxPrep on Eddie Goldman...
War Goldman Eagle....
MaxPreps
Here's what we are thinking:
Florida State (doubtful): Compared to his other two more-likely choices, Florida State is like a minor league team.
Alabama (possibility): Goldman raved about Sal Sunseri during the recruiting process, but the former Tide assistant coach recently rolled to the defensive coordinator position at Tennessee.
Auburn (bank on it): The defensive linemen on the depth chart are young and not entrenched into the starting lineup, which means Goldman has a shot to make an impact quickly.
He made two visits to Auburn, and his father publicly raved about the Tigers' coaching staff. Goldman turned down opportunities to play for several high school football powerhouses and instead chose to play at a school that didn't have its own football field and used traffic barrels as practice dummies. Why? "Because I trusted the coaches," he said. His family clearly trusts the coaching staff at Auburn.

I thought with the new rule, we couldn't count anybody back from then on, starting next year

Kwon Alexander (MaxPrep also predict Auburn, but I am just have a feeling the coaches have moved over to B.Brown.

So here is our barely-educated take on Alexander's college choice:
Auburn (best shot): Two of Alexander's former teammates already are there and at last report Auburn had commitments from just two linebackers in the Class of 2012.
Alabama (good shot): Alabama could be the favorite to win the national championship next year and who doesn't want to play in that kind of program?
LSU (long shot): The Tigers already have commitments from eight who have linebacker experience.

They are saying he is on the verge of flipping because Richt is visiting him
there's the AJC we are use to.

I doubt JaQuay switches. That article only has quotes from his coach, who admits that JaQuay has gone "underground" and only wants to talk to his family. If that's the case, then how does the coach know he's on the verge of flipping?
