At least on rivals

Rivals previous number one quarterback reclassified to 2018 and signed with Sourhern Cal. This kid was their previous number two quarterback

Also the number one pro style quarterback on ESPN for 2019

Most people see him as a lock to Auburn given his father was Auburn's starting quarterback back in 1994 and 1995. His crystal ball on 247 sports is 100 percent in favor of Auburn

The kid was offered scholarships by Auburn, Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, and Florida State before his junior year was over.

He also just led his team to the state championship in Alabama'a second largest classification, and he had 400 yards passing and 7 touchdown passes during the quarter final round of the playoffs

The rest of the SEC gonna be fricked

He doesn't need to be, but we are talking about rankings here. Measurables and camp performances are what determines that. All the sites seem enamored with typical measurements.

Paul Tyson has gotten his fourth star. He had a great junior season, but he is also 6-4 210.

Meanwhile, Taulia Tagovailoa had an equally impressive junior year but is still a three star. He happens to be 5-11 190.

He was already the number one pro style quarterback on ESPN for 2019 even before the latest developments

You dumb. Bo Nix was already named the best quarterback of some camp in Atlanta over Emory Jones. A quarterback bammer was desperate to get this year

247 is tanking his ranking listing him 140 overall and a 91 overall. That's a long way up to reach 5 star status on 247 but Justin Fields was able to do it. I imagine his play this season will determine his ranking.

Hey I'm not knocking the kid or his talent, was knocking rivals rankings.

He is an inch taller than his dad Patrick Nix for whatever that is worth. Looks to be about 6'2 maybe. I actually thought he may be overrated but I saw him play twice this year in person and was floored at how good he was.

Tua was 6'1 and a 5 star. Not saying he's better than Tua, but I don't think rankings people in college care as much about size as nfl guys do. Hell, OSU had s borderline five star who was 5'11
