I thought it was Milledgeville, but wherever the incident was, he was banned. Valdosta's shite and so is Milledgeville though so Mett caught a break anyway.

You're thinking Ben Roethlisberger, But he was not banned and nothing serious because of it because the girl was "drunk off her arse"

What about the Bama player you gripe about all the time who deals drugs but hasn't been charged with anything? Can't wait for this answer.

not trying to defend phan here, so dont take it like that. But that player had to of snitched for him to have no charges brought, could still be pending though. Is he still even on the team?

The situations aren't the same anyway. According to the link bellow, there is police report indicating the police personally witnessed the Alabama tight end taking part in a drug deal and later found a quarter pound of pot and thousands of dollars of cash in his dorm room. I must have missed the police report saying the police personally witnessed Nick Marshall committing a felony.

If the SEC allows it, why would Saban stop recruiting this kid? He has taken or kept worse players.
I'll laugh my arse off if Auburn goes after him and gets him.

The level of blind homerism you've achieved is impressive, to be honest.

This coming from a moron who honestly expects people to believe Jalen Mills was honestly mistaken for his girlfriend. Just forget that Jalen and his own lawyers don't even believe in that defense enough to take their chances of being found totally not guilty in a jury trial

I would say there's no way anyone is actually this stupid, but you've proven that to be false over, and over, and over again. Never change Phan.

I hope he doesn't!!

Do you see that Internet strangers? Do you see my moral righteousness? Look at how good of a person I am by voicing my disapproval in his ongoing recruitment to UA!

Fantastic post.

Oh and how over the top was that ruling?? I mean he was a minor that stole a phone right? I don't remember any violence or something else, so why he is banned from the area is beyond me.

Well Nick was guilty of the theft by his own admission and repenting, no matter if an officer witnessed it or not. However, it wasnt a felony.

As to the OP, pleading guilty to a felony probably disqualifies him from enrollment at most universities, Id assume.

They dropped the peeping tom charges, so there's that. It's a pretty clear case of burglary though. I don't think community service and probation is over top really.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
