What has LSU been unable to accomplish due to losing recruits to Bama?

Luther Davis - Multi year starter

LSU d-line certainly hasn't suffered due to this loss.

Robbie Green - frick up

Agreed

Darrington Sentimore - frick up

Agreed

Eddie Lacey (legit player)

LSU hasn't suffered at RB either.

Kenny Bell Legit player

Debatable. He's made some big plays but he's not a program changer.

You don't know that.

Denzel Duvall future first round pick

Dude's a beast and we sure could use him right about now but we are loaded at LB.

Landon Collins future first round pick

Maybe but he can't crack the lineup now and it's led to LSU getting some stud safety prospects. Our secondary isn't a concern.

See what I'm getting at? It would've been awesome to get C-Rob but just last year LSU signed one of the top tackles in the country in Pocic. Not to mention our starting RT this year, Hawkins, is a prototypical LT that NFL scouts were already drooling over in the Spring and he's only a RS FR. LSU will be fine. It's all about perception I guess.

How much further is Tuscaloosa from West Monroe than Baton Rouge is to WM?
LSU fans, you need to rejoice that you are the only school in your state to worry about any in state talent. So you lose a player to an out of state school, it happens.

He was the "meltdown" loss a few years ago. Has LSU really suffered at safety since then?

Obviously not. Didn't say they had. I was just noting what LA players could still work out for Bama, not what LA players hurt LSU by leaving the state.

Of course, being stuck behind Sunseri's gotta hurt a little. But that's one scrappy li'l white boy there.

He is the backup behind a senior this year.

He played in over 75% of the snaps last week. He isnt a base starter, but he is going to get a lot of playing time this year.

Congrats on the pickup, Bama

Lots of delusional LSU fans on here and the LSU RB.

The writing was on the wall months ago. I don't see how anyone thought we had a chance. Lots of LSU fans need to back away from the keyboard for a while and go get some fresh air. Stay the frick off twitter as well.

It was CLEAR that Bama needed this kid a lot more than LSU needed him after the bama-vtech game. This kid will get in there and start from day 1. Like I said...great pickup Bama
