Arthur Brown - 2008

Really?

This year he had 95 tackles. I thought he was overrated as a 5*, but he's definitely not "flamed out."

Then there's Arthur Brown who, in my opinion, may be the best all-around linebacker in the conference. Whether stopping the run, in pass coverage, or just being wherever he needs to be to make a big play.

Darius Winston has one more year to do something but as of now he has been playing like a 2 star. He got beat out by true freshman Tevin Mitchell this year.

We lose a senior starter at corner so it gives him an opportunity but he's probably going to get beat out by a redshirt freshman.

take Arthur off then. When I glanced at the lists over the years I saw Brown and thought it was Bryce.

Chad Jackson 2003 UF WR? he was a 5-star out of Hoover and I cant remember much about him once he left the state.

Scanning more names - Xavier Carter LSU 2004. maybe not flame out bc I think he left to run track or something?

What? Chad Jackson led the SEC in receptions in 2005 (1st team All SEC) and was an early 2nd round pick in the 2006 NFL draft. He was not a bust, at least not in college.

Jorrie Adams (Texas A&M) - 2003 Never saw the field and ended up kicked off the team for dealing drugs.

When I think of busts, I think of guys who were hyped highly but just not any good.

Bryce Brown and Perrilloux were good players. They were just immature nut jobs.

Guys like Chris Davenport and DeAngelo Bento are busts IMO.

Patrick Johnson, LSU. Signed and then never even played. Got beat out by a guy I had never heard of, named Peterson.
