Lee does not have a committable offer due to the amount of spots there are left. Also, all these are Louisiana kids so LSU should get them. You sure do not see LSU going into Alabama and getting any in state players that Alabama really wants.
ISH is the only one of the 3 Alabama really wants / has room for. Regardless, Alabama will finish ahead of LSU again in the final 247 rankings.

And you must just not understand the situation with that parish, it's big to get Bama out of there which is the goal here. It's about picking down the state.

Interesting LSU was the first to offer, and the fact they did it now. I have to think if the coaches were confident in where the stood with him they would’ve kept this move in their back pocket. Yes, they may have wanted Lee earlier. The board changes. I am sure they would want him if they could sign 30 players or if a few guys ahead of him decide not to come to Alabama. Also, he never worked out the Alabama coaches. Look if it makes you happy signing an in state player well great for you. Apparently, Coach GumbeauxO felt desperate which was why he offered his brother. If Saban does not, which I do not likely think he will then it is not like LSU out recruited Alabama for ISH because LSU is only getting him because of a package deal. Alabama is in a similar situation with the # 1 RB Sanders who FL offered his brother but Alabama did not. Saban does not need to play these games. There is a certain reason Saban has won 5 NC in the past 9 years and LSU has only played in 1 major bowl in 10 years!
