#1) I hate you and your machine of a program.

#2) You guys are currently at 22 commitments- You’re taking 28 this year right?

#3) Who are your final 6 targets? Who gets processed?

Committed Guys that Bama is trying to flip:

Nolan Smith - UGA is probably going to hang on but Bamas making a strong push. Probably UGA so let’s exlude him.

Jeffrey Carter - Looks like this one is going to happen. A&M mod yesterday said he expects it to happen any day.

Say you flip Carter are you going to finish with:

Trey Sanders
Ishmael Sospher
Clay Webb
Evan Neal
Henry To’oto’o

What about guys like:

Marcus Banks
Nkobe Dean
Siaki Ika
Devonta Lee
Noa-Pola Gates

Who do you think y’all “process” for these kids? Y’all literally only have a kicker and 4*’s and above committed.

Also frick You guys

Tanner Bowles seems like the obvious one, but that's just a guess. Paul Tyson may be a blue shirt given his history with Alabama and his ability to pay his own way for a year.

Epic class. Due to losing most of his staff last year we had a down year in recruiting. Of course our down year is signing a top ten class with a couple of five stars included but Saban has been relentless and will finish with one of his best classes ever this year and next year is shaping up to be an epic haul as well.

We might not have to lose any current commits to take/fit all of the guys TideSaint listed. Bama keeps some of it's numbers stuff pretty secret. I can come up with ways we might be able to take 30-31 depending on a few unknowns. We'll see.

Sopsher is in. Not sure Lee would have a spot unless Coach sees the need to keep the pipeline happy, but my guess is no on him. Be shocked if Sanders/Webb weren't in.

Can you explain that?

We were given the hard 25 cap last year due to signing a full class a year before and taking the kicker. So 25 total scholarships.

I know you can back count but y’all signed 29 - 2 years ago and 22 last year.

How could Bama hand out 30 scholarships? That would be 27 a year over 3 years.

It's wishful thinking on their part. One has to do with how that Parks kid they made grey shirt on signing day a couple of years ago ended up counting. Not sure where the other one is coming from, but I'd say there's about a 95% chance their number is 28.

That can’t be it. We had Clapp, Guice and Key leave early last year and still couldn’t sign any more than 25.

Explanation - How we may be able to take 30-31.

I think we most likely will finish with the following:

Trey Sanders
Ishmael Sopsher
Evan Neal
Nakobe Dean
Henry To'oto'o
Clay Webb
One of Jeffery Carter/Marcus Banks
And probably a "surprise" player that is probably committed to someone else.

We will make the numbers work, whether Bowles, Williams or Turnage goes somewhere else, or if Tyson pays his way this year and enrolls next year. Saban has proven that he can make the numbers work. And however it works out, you can bet we will close with some hellaciously rated top end recruits.

I am not convinced Webb is in this class and that he wants to be. I would also hate to lose Turnage. Not sure why everyone thinks Tyson just because would pay his own way. I would think a few others could as well. But the kid could get a scholarship to any SEC school or Power 5 why would would we pay his way to accommodate someone else. Not his fault and yet to see anything to suggest they are willing other then hopeful UA fans assuming.

I could see us end up with:

Sanders
Sopsher
Neal
Dean
Bogle
Zipperer
Carter

Interesting that none of you guys are including Ika.

I think many of us are reading between the lines. At one point it was said/believed he wanted to commit but we are holding him off. Now that we seem to be focusing on more LBs or other positions with limited spots left many are assuming he has fallen down the board.

I would love to add him but just have not heard anything about him lately. Great pick up for sure.

UGA might get Webb, but I think Dean has already decided to roll with the Tide.
