Yea, its not like Gunner is not getting ready to break every record held by a qb in the state of Georgia. This guy is putting up video game numbers and has been destroying it since he was a freshman.

If he keeps throwing interceptions, Gulf Coast CC.

Kid is completely overrated due to his last name. As an Ag, glad we aren't even considering him and all the damn drama he will bring to a program. Weigman is far better but our 2022 #1 QB in the nation and our 2023 commitment I personally prefer over Manning.
He either goes to Texas to die a death of mediocrity or to GA to die a death of not being utilized properly. But my money is on Ole Miss as it gives him an opportunity to be a Heisman winner.
Either way.....kid is totally overrated. Very good QB....but certainly is no way close to the #1 player in the nation. What a bunch of BS.

I mean you can’t discount that his entire family (yes even Cooper) are great at football.

This is one of the worst takes I've seen. Whose alter are you again?
Manning somehow signing with A&M FORCES the establishment sports media to acknowledge that we are a destination program instead of a stepping stone to "greater heights".

Just like Eason and Justin Fields?
Uga hasnt “appropriately utilized” a QB since Stafford despite the 10 or so five stars that have walked through and out the door.

Like Fantastic feet said, he's good but I'd much rather have Weigman.

So we’re ignoring JTD and Bennett with the current OC?

I mean he's pretty easy to ignore, he never plays

The only team he played with a pulse this year was Clemson and that was a pretty awful game.

And he played in spite of being injured. Hey. I get it. You don't follow Georgia football closely. But if you don't know about it, then maybe you shouldn't post about it as if you DO know? Just a thought.
I also noticed that you completely ignored Bennett. Since you don't know much about Georgia, I will say this...Bennett was a walk on QB that left the program and came back when we were short on QBs. He was given a scholarship because he knew the offense and we needed someone with experience as a backup.
He has done pretty well, I would say. I mean LSU has only had Burrow, so I think it odd that an LSU fan is pointing at our QB deficiencies. Burrow had one good (Admittedly outstanding) year, and that had more to do with a coach that left LSU after one season.
All that said, I have no idea where Manning goes, nor do I care very much. We have some pretty good QBs here and coming to Georgia. I just find it odd that the same tired and old tripe is repeated by people who don't even realize what is reality in our program right now.

And? He tore up teams last year as well.

Ultimately Texas fans are still dreaming he will land in Austin. Rare chance but I honestly hope he chooses Sark. The drama will get even better with a Manning in Austin.
But I say Ole Miss if the kid wants to have Heisman shot and be the center point of the entire program.
Not sure Kirby can pull him. GA is always great on defense....not so much on offense. QB is just asked to manage the game.
This kid is playing 1A football and NOT dominating. Beware of false pretenses....

After the last few days, not a chance he lands in Austin

I'm pretty sure the Mannings are not impressed with the pole dancer, the monkey, or any of the garbage going on in Austin. Locker room is a cesspool as well ...

Arch went 6-for-17 for 49 yards in a blowout loss tonight. Hate to talk bad about a kid, but he has really struggled in every game against decent competition.

Best case scenario is that he's the next Chris Simms.
