It looks like he was predicted to commit to UGA at one time but 247 currently shows that he has cooled on them. What happened?

He's staying on the east coast. NC State leads for him.

For your next question: he's not coming to LSU. Too far from home.

TN has pressed for him lately but I think grades are a concern.

Actually, I was not going to ask that. I was mainly just wondering why he had such an apparent change of heart.

This could explain things a bit.

Ahh my bad. Thought you were since LSU is listed as warmer on his profile

No problem. I was aware of his recent interest in LSU, but I wasn't getting too excited about it. If he visits, however, you never know.

UGA stopped recruiting him hard. He's down in the pecking order of DL right now. It's the same with FSU I think. There are some questions about if he has already peaked physically.

Not enough room at DL. We're looking at a class of Shaw, Gaillard, Lambert, Russell, and Baker. Pretty damn good class.

He didn't. This is mainly a function of how few spots UGA has in this class and how good of a position we are in for too many guys we have higher on our "board" than Street.

Crowknowsbest is absolutely right I believe. I live in the same town as Street. I've heard that his grades are okay, but he does lack your prototypical defensive end frame. He's a very raw football player, but physically it appears as if he's gotten as big as he'll get.

We have better players lined up.

Lorenzo Carter, Davonte Lambert, Elisha Shaw, Dontavius Russell.
