The saddest part of all this is that they had to tell Collins' mom there was a free crack giveaway at the school just to get her to come to the signing ceremony.

I know she seems crazy but he does appear to really care about his mom. He has talked several times about wanting to please her and tweeted a while back a plaque she made for him that said something like "Where ever you go, go with all your heart. Love Mom"

The local NBC station did an interview with him tonight and he said that he is sticking with Arkansas.
