Mizzou is now top 5 in the SEC and 14th in the nation in recruiting?!?

Word is that Luther was telling our staff this weekend that he would be committing, so we are pretty surprised. There was clearly a lot of moving pieces here and I would not be surprised if he made his decision at the very last second.

1. How do we know he didn't make the choice ultimately on his own?
2. whatever happened to the wisdom that parents know better for their child than the children themselves often know? I get letting your kids make their own mistakes, but sometimes if the consequences are huge, you give the kid extra guidance.

was watching the telly with my wife and missed the announcement. I hate that we missed on him, but Mizzou got them a great pickup. I'll hate to face him every year.

Commits play both sides - this isn't this first time this has happened to us and it wont be the last. He was telling our people the same thing he was telling your people, it just fell your way
