Given that 2016 class is shaping up to be better he will be able to hold onto hope once the statute of limitations runs out on the 2013 class.

Yeah, you're right. For some reason, I'd had that in my mind for months. Guess I was thinking about our current OT commit, Jonah Williams, who is also 5* and IS an early enrollee.

The main reason we've said is he can come in day 1 and start, just like Tunsil did. Cam will be Bama's LT, Pocic will be LSU's. Though as it is in most cases, relationships is what wins out. The feather in our hat though is being able to start at LT day one

Who told you that Pocic would be playing LT? Just stating that because it sounds good for OM?

Here are some facts which certainly favor LSU...

He definitely would be in the picture as a Day 1 starter and possibly at LT. And in a pro-style offense loaded with other good linemen.

He would be blocking for a RB who is on pace to be in the GOAT conversations. I've also heard that LF has taken a special interest in his recruitment. Lineman love great RBs and we have the best. Our 4th RB would be the starter at OM. Do you think Little doesn't see that?

Playing in front of 100k+ vs OM? No contest and a huge edge for LSU.

If Little cares about winning a National Championship, he'd never reach that goal at OM. I'd believe that Bama is in contention because they have all of the same things as LSU but CR will be the LT. They also don't have LF.

Tunsil probably got the "let's go win a National Championship" speech too and look at how that worked out. I'm not kidding when I say that the most memorable event that happened while Tunsil and RK were at Ole Missy was an absolute arse whipping by TCU last year. The most embarrassing bowl performance by any SEC football team last season.

Ole Miss and its recruiting relevance baffles me. Talk about a mediocre school in terms of on-field performance. They've won 10 games once in 50 years of college football and that was the year Eli Manning was the QB and LSU won the National Championship.

They're closer to their last 10-Loss season (2011) than they are their last 10-win season (2003).

That's not the point, the OP said the selling point would be he gets to block for one of the GOAT in LF7, I said that's not really a selling point considering he ll be leaving after next season.

Eh I believe its a pretty big selling point especially with the run LF7 is on. I would find blocking for Tebow would have been a huge selling point for me imo

One good class every four years doesn't "scare" anyone in the SEC. You're finding out why this year.

Hurry !!! Send all of us in a memo to Gregory and his family ... He probably didn't realize this ... This might be exactly what he needs to see in order for LSU to orchestrate some type of flip down the road !!!
