I'm taking some comfort in the fact that we would conceivably be the default team if he just can't make up his mind. But then we've been the assumed deault for the better part of a year and a half and he hasn't publicly committed so who the frick knows

You gotta give Derrick and his family credit for keeping this close to the vest.

It's been really impressive.

Well then you haven't followed this recruitment at all.

We're not out of it but we have never been the favorite, however, by all means continue on..

You could do this in a lot of threads and it would make sense but not this one.

If the consensus is he is going to Auburn, then those tweets didn't mean much.

Consensus means nothing. Reality does. Do I think he is going to Auburn? yes. That doesn't mean he is.

That wasn't advice. I was telling you. Settle down. The recruit board is supposed to be no-troll zone.

I hope you're right, but personally thinking Auburn. With that said, how fricking good is this kid and his family if literally every person with at least a couple of functioning brain cells at one of his "top schools" have no real confidence, with many predicting he goes elsewhere.

Weagle - agreed. I mean none of us know for sure, but to me it seems like he may just not have made up his mind yet, so it's not so much trolling as keeping interest and weighing options.

Would be hysterical to see him choose Alabama.

ETA: Miss St would be even better.

ETA2: And when I say hysterical I mean hilarious. Although some posters would also be hysterical.

Michigan, or some other school that's not once been attached to him in the last month.

Miss St. would be amazing since they've been the silent dark horse and there is a legitimate connection there.

Lanier HS Students and coaches- UGA
UGA fans- Auburn
UT fans- Auburn
Auburn- Kinda split between AU and UGA

I mean, you could take this super seriously and get mad when someone's third/fourth hand opinion isn't accurate. Or, you could identify a joke when you see one and not get bent out of shape.

It's close to signing day. He is cranky as hell. He's as serious as they come.

He has Asperger's...

I started to make the same breakdown in my previous post but decided against it for exactly this reason... #rustled.
