In all seriousness, I've seen this guy play before and he is really good. Has a top 100ish teammate as well.
He is bald due to a medical condition. Supposedly a really good kid from a solid family.

He’s plenty athletic. He just didn’t know how this drill was done. Kind of shitty they decided to post it on their twitter.
