nice pickup. rating is a bit all over the place, but a solid player at a school you want to keep tethered to. one of the schools where having frank helps some even in the NIL world.

Yeah we're still in the early stages where Rivals and 247 seem to be all over the place with most players (I don't even pay attention to ESPN anymore). They seem to settle into more of a general consensus as we get into the fall - but right now it largely just depends on which services have seen which players live already.
He's one of 3-4 WRs we are going to take this cycle. We should get two more 4* WR commits in the near future and that will close out our WR class.

I think a lot did when On3 first opened - at least from a beat reporter perspective. No idea if that also applies to the scouts who do these rankings.
