Dude has a ridiculous build, the perfect type of athletic tackle to hold down the left side. Great pickup.

I concur. Thanks. Stacked year for tackles in Texas.

Looks like he could put on another 20-25 LBS and affect his agility at all. Great pickup. A&M seems to get a ton of great OTs.

Great pick up. Jimbo saw that the O-line needed help and he's doing great with class. Congrats

Scouting Report

quote:

Very tall and long offensive tackle prospect with virtually limitless frame space for bulk addition. Two-sport athlete who also plays basketball. Owns a very high ceiling as a pass-blocker because of length and natural athleticism. Shows promising lateral mobility and plays on his toes. Not easy to beat around the edge. Nimble enough to get to the second level on schedule. Needs to add bulk, especially in his lower body. Must add core strength and improve punch at the point of attack. Can play more aggressive as a drive-blocker in the run game. One of the nation's top offensive tackles in the 2021 class with early-round NFL Draft ceiling.

This was a super important pickup. We need to close the OL with Shep and Foster.

This goes against my 3* U narrative.
