sounds like you guys(LSU) need to go out and find a new OL coach that can coach - and, even more importantly, recruit.

LSU recruits fantastically all over the place on defense, RB and even WR - but you are right - If Nattys are where you wanna go, gotta get better on the Offensive Line.

Oh trust me

We've been calling for a new O Line Coach for a while.

The Tigers are back in the conversation with Sed. If he does not sign on Wednesday, then he is 100% gone to the Tigers. Close call.

Is LSU offering his RB teammate if you guys miss out on Evans? His teammate looks really good on film.

We are not recruiting Clayton. Even if we miss on Evans, apparently we are only focused on a couple out-of-state running backs this cycle.

Edit: I would be happy if for some reason this was a package deal. I personally do not think a RB is a must have this cycle, but SVP would be a huge get, and I would be okay taking Clayton.

Fake news; SVP has always been a Feb 5 signing with his teammates. Could always sign tomorrow but his ceremony has been Feb 5 for a while now

He dialed up our coaching staff after his state title game this past weekend, so there's some open line of communication there. Obviously losing Pittman has put some doubt in there for him.

I think he’s trying to get an offer for Clayton and his teammates; he’s been pretty open about it on Twitter

Which doesn’t mean he’s not a flip risk, just that the kid is extremely loyal to his teammates and if he can work it out to help them then it can certainly affect his decision

He's not saying LSU is nto in it. He's saying that if he does not sign tomorrow that is an indication that he is 100% gone, because his plan has always been to sign in February.

I hope we can keep him. He looks to be a good prospect.

Yeah he was so open about wanting to go out of state that it’s hard to imagine him flipping. With that said O will have an extra two months with a lot less targets to think about and his position coach left a week ago. So who the hell knows.

LSU has had a great year. That has to give any recruit pause. Look at the LSU class. That says something all on its own.
