WAY too many 3*s. Butch needs a strong finish or this class will be a huge disappointment.

No. This staff has not proven they can win in the SEC.
Last year's class was very good, but this class is shaping up to be extremely top heavy. Way too many projects.

Yeah, we are in on wayyy too many elite players to continue taking 3* players like this imo.

Y'all are making the mistake of thinking number of signees means a frick to Butch. We will make room and have lots of good signees. Relax.

Which probably means they are good players. This isn't like Dooley where we had no one else. The fact that Butch is taking these players means they are probably pretty good. 3 stars are an important part of a class too. Stars matter, but so does your only evaluation.
There isn't one team in college football that has only 4 and 5 star players as starters. Its like Butch taking Dimarya Mixon over top 150 player Conner Humphries last year. Mixon is looking like one of the best players in that class right now.

Butch has not done anything to make me believe he is some great talent evaluator. He has done a good job of recruiting elite guys, but what has he shown that makes you confident in his ability to evaluate/coach guys up?
Neither Mixon or Humphreys have played a down of college football yet, so not sure that is a good example. Ahmad Paige and Jacques Smith were great spring players too.

Geez, relax people. Trust the coaches and their evaluations. The staff knows what they are doing.

At least 30+ coaches think he is D1 grade. There are three stars and then three stars like this.
