Makes you wonder how these sorts of things get out in the rumor mill.

Given how many times Evans has happily tripped to LSU, Ed O would have had to walk in, drop a big deuce in the toilet, take a bite out of someone's dinner, borrow $50, and then walk out the door.

Replace A&M and LSU with whatever two schools you want throughout this whole process and it's the same update every time

He hasn't changed his crystal ball prediction from LSU yet. That's probably more indicative of his true feelings than what he says publicly.

This isn't just related to Evans, but it's important to remember this is subscription selling szn for these guys and drama sells subs.

I honestly don't care too much about getting Evans, so this comment isn't coming from a place of fear or anxiety...

My gut says all this smoke is just to build drama and to make everyone think it's not LSU, when it actually is LSU.
