If Lake goes to Bama, it would be to jump ship to get more exposure and be a HC. Also, I think you may be overestimating his need for control. The defense at UW was coach K's and the duties are more split than most situations.

I am confused are we talking about that great final season of 5-7 or how he helped to start that 12-0 losing record to Alabama. Or how he helped to usher in the the great coaches of UT in this century like Dooley and Jones.

Bama does need him after missing in Dean but with Tosh leaving him think he ends up at TN or Oregon if he goes there. Cristobal is a hell of a recruiter. They’ll pitch him playing with Kayvan. That would be a hell of a LB Corp.

I read Saban wants someone to run his system that can put their own twists into his system. Saban must be interested in Lake doing that. And, Lake being an experienced secondary coach is a big plus. That gives Saban 4 sets of eyes on the secondary with the secondary coach, Saban, Golding, and Lake.

Yep, this one's over. We needed this one too.
Pruitt still has in home at the end of the week, but so does Saban. It's nice to be fighting Bama for recruits, as opposed to celebrating 4* signees that Bama didn't even offer, but we have to win some of these.
Now, getting Russell is crucial, but I'm worried we waited too long to get in it.

West coast and New York Asians steal at a super disproportionate level. I guess because fraud is white collar and doesn't involve a gun their image is kept clean. They also bootleg retail clothing, electronic goods and steal intellectual property. They are horrible for the American economy.
