Some people thought DeMarvin Leal and maybe Nathan Pickering too might've been higher on the board, but that was speculation and those two are now solid commits to ATM and MSU. I think Ish has been a definite take all along.

Is Alabama going to take his brother? If LSU can get Ika and/or Pickering I am all for letting sopsher walk if it requires taking his brother too

The kid can go wherever he wants. If he doesn't truly want to come here, then so be it.

No doubt in my mind their dad is working with Bama behind the scenes to see what they can do for Rodney. I doubt Bama offers a scholarship, but they are definitely seeing what they can squeeze out.

They might as a walk-on, but I doubt they'll offer him a scholarship. 247Sports doesn't show any scholarship offers for Rodney Jr. other than LSU, not even from G5 or FCS schools.

I think right now Sospher is Bama's to lose but Ishmael is all about is brother Rodney. He's going wherever Rodney goes. Maybe there's some chance that he does but I guarantee you if it comes down to A&M and LSU offering Rodney and Ish and Bama only offering Ish then he's going to A&M or LSU.

I think there is zero chance, Alabama offers Rodney a 2019 scholarship. I'm sure they'll try to figure something else out to make it work. Whether the Sopshers go for it is another matter, but I wouldn't say they definitely have to offer Rodney to get Ish.

I’d bet my paycheck that those 2 end up on the same team. The thing is- no major team is taking Rodney without Ishmael. If Ish goes to Bama then Rodney’s offer to LSU, A&M and any other big boy disappears. Their dad knows that.
Not saying they can’t do it but these 2 are super close. I’ll be fricking shocked if someone lands Ishmael without Rodney.

I'm not arguing that. And I'm not saying they won't both end up at Alabama, I'm just saying that they might both end up at Alabama without Rodney getting a 2019 scholarship.
