He's a 3 star at 247 and positioned as S/OLB. I think they see him as inside backer like Roquan Smith.

And that's fine, and what a lot of fans need to realize. Not every good player is going to be a fit for every team. Whether is scheme, depth chart, or some other reason. There's a reason LSU didn't offer and there's a reason UGA did.

Dang good get. Our staff is trying to play it off like we want a different guy but I think we just got beat. The game this weekend was a major factor in his decision I think.

Also, I would assume the point is OP states 4* in title... people like to point out the differences. Personally I use the composite rating as a best practice, but it has become pretty standard here for posters to use the highest rating attributed to a guy that commits to their own team, or the lowest rating for a guy that commits to an opposing team... you know in the interest of consistency.
