First of all, being a millionaire really isn't what one would expect. As a household, we are "multi millionaires" (own home outright + liquid savings + retirement + investments)... any article that defines that volume of individuals as millionaires is not referring to having liquid assets in the million dollars. In no way shape or form do I feel that we are "set for life"... We've got good jobs, good home, and we are able to comfortably take care of our kid. None of that had much (if anything) to do with the university that I attended for undergrad and everything to do with the connections we made and the things that we did outside of school and that we both went to graduate school. Anyone who thinks that getting an undergrad degree from X program is some silver bullet to make their career magically take off is kidding themselves.
This isn't to say that GT isn't in it, simply that your logic for why you have such a great shot is shite.

Yeah this isn't a "oh he's not coming to UGA so I'm mad!" situation...it's a "oh what a surprise, he's now lied yet again about going somewhere, then backing out...again". Whether it was us or bama or anyoen else, this is commonplace. It's annoying as shite and it's not good natured indecision anymore. It's rude, classless, and obnoxious.

Could be but I think a lotta Dawg fans are over it. At least I am. There's always that vocal lunatic fringe among every fanbase on message boards tho. Not a huge difference in the academics at UGA & UA, I've just come to the conclusion his brother wants him anywhere but UGA & he's who the kid listens to. Wish him well no matter where he goes, unless it's GT...

I'm mostly referencing ND and GT. I think Stanford fans figure he is a nice bonus if he can get in academically. I don't think Dawg or Bama fans will care too much if he went to the other. But the ND and GT folks who believe their school's academics would make the difference, they are going to let their hate flow.

How long does it take to get an SAT score back these days? Guess he won't decide until after that.
Plus, why is he visiting us this weekend? The man should be home studying a Kaplan book and taking practice sections if he wants to improve his score. Unless you fly to Mississippi for their eraser special testing, you don't just get a better score the more you take it.

Andrew Bone reporting he's on his way to Tuscaloosa. He could get attacked by wild dogs on the way, but it appears the visit is finally happening.
