Auburn but I don't think this will be his only commitment

I have a serious question...how much utilization for WR's is there in Gus's system...I'm probably wrong but I don't remember a lot of passes in our game last year...of course I remember the last one
but...what's the pitch to a big time WR like this in Auburn's offensive system...who probably wants quality "show" time...
And congrats on the possible commit..

When Gus trusts his WRs and QB, it's a lot more balanced. Last year was about the least amount of throwing you'll see Gus do. His QBs were throwing for over 4000 yards at Tulsa

Makes sense...I'm curious as to how much more balance he will shoot for...if it works well...why change it?
On a side note...with the exception of AJ...with the QB's we field and the pro style offense...you would think UGA would be more attractive to high profile WR's...particularly when Murray was playing....
It will be interesting to see that Auburn offense and NM perform this year...

I think we have seen in 2009, 2010 Gus is not afraid to throw it around when he has the QB to do so. Even in 2009 our passing broke AU records and that was with Chris Todd at QB.
The problem is Marshall was a pretty bad passer at the beginning of last season and was only on campus a few weeks before the season started so we had to adjust to what he/we could do. Turns out we what we could do we could do it extremely well and we rode it to the national title game.
I'm confident an improved Marshall and a slew of highly rated passers waiting behind him we'll become a much more balanced offense though after seeing what we did last year I'm not sure I want to. Why not keep running it 75 times a game if nobody can stop it?

JJ and SW are much more developed passers who can run a bit. With them under center I could easily see +3000 passing yards on a yearly basis, even if we keep trying to run

How good is Nate Craig? One analyst told me he could be the No. 1 player in the 2016 class…overall.

I agree...an auburn offense willing to pass more often makes me way more comfortable..

From Mike Farrell:

Nate Craig to #Auburn is every bit as big as the 2 commits to #UGA this weekend. 2016 class leaders popping early. Franchise receiver. #WDE
